Heroes is a sci-fi based American television series. Tim Kring is the creator of the show. This show was aired for four seasons on NBC Network. It was aired from September 25, 2006 to February 8, 2010.

The show was produced under the banner of Tailwind Productions in association with Universal Media Studios. Filming of the series was done in Los Angeles, California.

The theme of the show is based on the life of 12 ordinary people who began to discover there supernatural abilities and how these abilities effects their personal lives.

In the beginning, it is shown how a group of ordinary human beings discovered their supernatural powers. Also the other people start looking into origin and extent of these abilities. Isaac Mendez played by Santiago Cabrera is an artist who is able to paint future. Milo Ventimiglia as Peter Petrelli has the ability to mimic the other people. His brother Nathan has the ability to fly.

 Across the states of Texas, Hayden Panettiere as Claire Bennet learns that she is indestructible. Greg Grunberg plays the character of Matt Parkman, he has the ability to read other persons mind. Noah gray – cabey plays the role of Micah. He can communicate with and control digital technology. The character of Hiro Nakamura is played by Masi Oka. He has the power to stop time with his strong will power.

 Mohinder Suresh portrayed by Sendhil Ramamurthy, is a genetics professor. He is researching on his father’s secret theory. His father believed that there are people with supernatural abilities.

The character of Noah Bennet was played by Jack Coleman. He is an agent of secret organisation known as ‘The Company’. This organisation is working to control and capture the people with supernatural abilities. Each character of the show willingly or unwillingly falls into the conspiracy of the Company. Then these heroes come together to fight against the company which is going to release a deadly virus.

After that the heroes return to their normal life .Till a group lead by Samuel enter the town. The aim of this group is to recruit people with supernatural power for an ominous purpose. The heroes again have to return to fight with Samuel and prevent the destruction of earth.

This series was very popular among the people of America. Many people used to watch heroes online. It has won awards like Emmy Awards, Golden Globes and People’s Choice Awards.
